the staff were very friendly and helpful, even wrote me an email before my stay as they had noticed I was arriving by train and gave me important information about where to get off the train so as to be within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. They provide robe and towel for the spa and a guest card which means you get in cheaper. the room was clean, well sized quiet and pleasant, the bed very comfortable. I thought the price very reasonable.

The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location is excellent, with a beautiful garden area and close proximity to an Oriental restaurant. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the breakfast, although simple, offers good food.

The room temperature was a bit high, and the wifi on the top floor was poor.

I recently stayed at Hotel Johannisbad in Bad Aibling for my wedding preparations. The staff were incredibly friendly and granted me a late check-out, making my stay much more comfortable. The hotel is located in a lovely area, with a beautiful outdoor garden and a large park across the road to stroll around in. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with a good bed and bathroom. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the service was excellent. I also appreciated that my bridesmaid, who arrived early after a long flight, was allowed access to our upgraded room and enjoyed complimentary breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Bad Aibling. The location is perfect, being near the autobahn and right in the centre of town. I loved spending time in the garden area, enjoying the atmosphere and good food from the restaurant. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean, with attention to detail that made them feel comfortable and cozy. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy Victorian-style hotel. Despite a hot night with no air conditioning, the staff accommodated our needs and moved us to a cooler room. Breakfast was limited but dinner in the restaurant had delicious steak with herb butter. The family-run hotel offered bicycles and a guest card. The scenic Kurpark and a pond were nearby. We appreciated the friendly and relaxed service we received.

The morning staff seemed distant and aloof with some guests even being offered coffee or eggs when others were not.
